As a non-profit organization, we are committed to ensuring that all donations are utilized effectively for social and community development initiatives. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a donation.
No Refund & Cancellation Policy
All donations made through our website using the online payment gateway are final and non-refundable. Once a donation is successfully processed, it cannot be canceled or reversed under any circumstances. We kindly request donors to verify the donation amount and details before completing the transaction, as we do not entertain any requests for refunds or cancellations after payment confirmation.
Exception Clause
Refunds will only be considered in rare situations where there is a verified fraudulent transaction, and such cases must be reported and confirmed by our authorized payment gateway partners. Apart from this exception, no refund requests will be accepted.
Utilization of Donations
All funds received are dedicated to supporting various social initiatives, including : Community and rural development, Educational support for children, Healthcare and medical assistance, Women empowerment programs, Environmental and sanitation efforts, Human rights and welfare activities. These contributions are directly used to benefit underprivileged and needy communities.
In-Kind Contributions
Any material or in-kind donations received will be distributed to deserving individuals and communities as per the objectives of the organization. Such contributions are also non-returnable.
Donor Responsibility
We encourage all donors to make informed decisions before proceeding with their donations. Since reversing transactions involves complex procedures, we strictly follow a no-refund policy after successful payment processing.
